Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and convenient for access to the pool complex and courtyard cafe, but it fell short of the expected quality and cleanliness for a suite. The service was friendly, though I noticed a high turnover rate among the staff. The location was amazing, nestled amidst nature like a hidden gem, perfect for family outings. The dining experience was somewhat lackluster with a buffet style that seemed overpriced. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent for a pleasant stay.
Upon arriving at noon, our room wasn't ready, but they assured us it was being cleaned. Our spacious room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa was very comfortable, featuring a large mini fridge, a microwave, and 2 TVs. The chalet window not having a cover made waking up with the sun a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I expected on our first night turned out to be a bit disappointing, and there was some substance on the bedroom floor. However, the suite we eventually got was comfortable, even though I wished for a bigger refrigerator and the noise from the fan was a bit bothersome. The service was very helpful, especially in providing information about activities in the area, and the staff were friendly. The location was a fun zone after a day at ski school and allowed us to explore the resort, though cleanliness could have been better. The dining experience felt more like a country club buffet than a special event for the price charged. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
